Because our powder is an organic product consistency is something we need to keep testing.  Our goal is to keep bag at 1000 mg.  Once a new batch of power is made they will be tested and the scoops and the amounts may vary from batch to batch.  You may also even see a difference in color and order. Please read the serving suggestions carefully.  With a re-order you find more or less product and a different scoop.  Each order will have 1000mg.
